Are there volume based discounts?
Yes. We offer discounts for signing up on a contract and a tiered pricing structure for different fleet sizes outside of our rate card pricing.
Can I cancel at any time?
Cancellations depend on contract terms. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Are there setup costs?
No. We provide free setup, onboarding, training and ongoing 24/7 support as part of our subscription fee. There may be a license fee applicable to the service if your fleet is of a certain size – but we can discuss this when we set you up.
Is there a minimum vehicle count for paid plans?
No, there is no minimum fleet count – Whip Around works perfectly no matter how big or small your fleet is.
How does the Free Trial work?
You can start a 7-day free trial anytime from the website or mobile app. You will be required to create an account by entering your details to start your full-access free trial. We can also assist with setting up the trial for you. Just message us and we'll be happy to help.
Do I need to put my credit card down to start my free trial?
No, we do not require a credit card to start a free trial. At the end of your trial, you will be required to enter your card details to pay for the service moving forward.
